Shipping

Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities,  you can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package here or by clicking on the tracking link within the shipping confirmation email.


Returns and exchanges

If you would like to return your online purchase in-store, simply bring your items to your nearest store location within Ghana or the U.S along with your order confirmation email containing the payment details.  All eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact personal.shopper@studio189.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of it!

Orders

Preorders and backorders can take up to 4-6weeks as our unique hand-batiked and hand woven items takes time for our artisans to produce.

It is worth the wait! You will be notified once your orders is fulfilled. You can always email us at  info@studio189.org for a status if need be.

Once an order is placed, you can cancel within 24 hours. If you have a Studio One Eighty Nine account, click “Cancel Order”. Your orders can be found under “Order History”
