To request a return for your online purchase you may email us at email@example.com, or visit the store nearest you. We accept items to be returned within 30 days from the ship date.
If you would like to return your online purchase in-store, simply bring your items to your nearest store location within Ghana or the U.S along with a copy of your order confirmation email containing payment details for the purchase. All eligible merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Final Sale items, customized products, intimate apparel, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit, or exchange. International orders cannot be accepted in-stores.
We accept merchandise to be returned within 30 days of ship date of delivery except for customized products, intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty products and items that are marked FINAL SALE.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a FedEX tracking number. You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package here or by clicking on the FedEX tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit FedEX and use their package tracking feature by directly entering the provided tracking number on their site.
