Orders received after 5pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. We ship on business days Monday through Friday, not including weekends and holidays. All orders for in-stock items ship within 3-10 business days. All orders for back-ordered items can take 3-6 weeks to produce. Customers will be notified when back ordered items are ready for shipping.

Minimum production time needed is stated on each 'Pre-Order' styles' product description. Production timeline estimates may fluctuate.

Pre-order items will ship from our US warehouse within about 10-15 days after production is complete.

If you would like to receive a pre-ordered item by a certain date, please reach out to us (personalshopper@studiooneeightynine.com) before placing your order to confirm if your ideal timeline will be possible.

Our team will reach out to you to inform you once we begin
production on your order. Note that we have a finite number of artisans,
pattern cutters, sewers who provide their best service.Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

Silk, woven and organic cotton items are dry clean only.

Hand-batik cotton items can be dry cleaned or machine washed. Best to air dry.
